At Maven, we’re committed to managing our impact in the environment positively. We’ve implemented a number of steps within the workplace to offset our impacts, including paperless processes, recycling, meat-free Mondays, reduced business travel, litter pick schemes and more.
Sourcing Ethical Suppliers
We’re dedicated to sourcing ethical suppliers to work with. We perform due diligence on all of our suppliers, ensuring that each one is committed to following the same high standards of ethical trading as we do. We develop long-term relationships with each of our suppliers, built on mutual trust.
Our Individuals
We’re passionate about supporting and developing our team of bright, unique individuals. We invest in regular training for our team and are focussed on providing positive wellbeing in the workplace – with flexible working, unlimited holidays and more. Our team are given time each week for group exercise and are encouraged to research new ways of implementing ethical and environmentally-positive incentives within the organisation.
